FELIPE REZENDE PARTICIPATES IN THE 33rd EXHIBITION PROGRAM AT CCSP

Artist Felipe Rezende takes part in the 33rd Exhibition Program at the Centro Cultural São Paulo. The project “Lonjuras” brings together two paintings and one large-format site-specific work. Like a sort of map, the artwork consists of a large truck tarpaulin onto which the artist will add layers of paintings throughout the exhibition.

“[This work] functions as a kind of expanded notebook, because here I gather images of my parents, artists, such as Bispo do Rosário, I think it’s an effort to bring all these experiences closer and to bring a kind of map,” comments the artist.
