Artist Felipe Rezende takes part in the 33rd Exhibition Program at the Centro Cultural S\u00e3o Paulo. The project “Lonjuras” brings together two paintings and one large-format site-specific work. Like a sort of map, the artwork consists of a large truck tarpaulin onto which the artist will add layers of paintings throughout the exhibition.<\/p>\n

“[This work] functions as a kind of expanded notebook, because here I gather images of my parents, artists, such as Bispo do Ros\u00e1rio, I think it’s an effort to bring all these experiences closer and to bring a kind of map,” comments the artist.<\/p>\n
