Rather the colour emerges around the edges of a dark silhouetted form and spills onto the surrounding wall. In this new group of works the supporting structure is made from an irregular group of overlapping open frames within which are set ten different LED light circuits. Each frame is programmed to emit a single colour light, and each work combines ten different colours that interact and blend to produce a multicolour spectrum of subtly merging colours.\r\n\r\nAbout the Artist:\r\n\r\nDavid Batchelor, 1955, Dundee, Scotland.
