Confronting the nineteenth and twenty-first centuries, France and Brazil, historical painting and new media, the exhibition proposes a dialogue between past and present, problematizing images, narratives, and historical constructions. Within this context, the participation of <strong>Sandra Gamarra Heshiki<\/strong> and <strong>Tiago Sant\u2019Ana<\/strong> stands out, as their practices critically engage with colonial legacies and modes of historical representation.
